Do remember that for Gothia Cup parents need to book their own travel insurance for the players.
Due to changes in regulations, we are no longer able to include insurance within the cost of the trip.
In addition parents booking their own policies reduces administration, provides more choice of insurance for parents, prevents ‘double-booking’ where players are already covered by existing policies and simplifies the issue of parents having to declare pre-existing medical conditions,.
Parents should select an appropriate insurance policy for their own needs and we do not make any recommendations.

We strongly recommend using cover which includes playing in a tournament, Most holiday insurance policies only cover for recreational sport so please check any existing policies carefully.
